We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance for most journeys, especially during peak season (November-February). For custom journeys or large groups, 6-12 months is ideal.
Our journey prices typically include accommodation, transportation within South Africa, expert guides, most meals, and all activities mentioned in the itinerary. International flights and travel insurance are not included.
Yes, we can accommodate most dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergies. Please inform us of any restrictions when booking so we can make appropriate arrangements.
Our standard policy offers a full refund for cancellations made 60+ days before departure, 50% refund for 30-59 days, and no refund for less than 30 days. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations.
